Since I've been doing these intermittent fitness updates, I decided to just keep with it and do them once a week. I'm calling it Fitness Friday and I'm going to do my best to have something new to post each week.

Today didn't go as I had planned...my babysitter was on time this morning, but told me she had to leave about 45 minutes earlier than usual which meant I had to "late" cancel my pilates session. I was still going to be able to go to Barre class though, so I was pretty stoked about that. Today was my virgin Barre session. O.M.G(oodness)! That was an awesome workout! Looks like fun, doesn't it? It totally was, and I can't wait to do it again!
